Caught up in a bit of a local quiz and am stuck on three questions (got all the rest out of 25). Hope you might help

1] What is the connection between Ben Johnson & Waterford crystal?
2] The winners of which Olympic games never had to pay tax again?
3] What instrument was once an Olypic discipline - in Ancient Greece (trumpet?)

TIA

Ben and Waterford won gold medals at the olympics.

Waterford Crystal (*1991), Bay, Gelding, Father - Landgraf
Winner of 8 Nations Cups and the horse that centered the controversy of the 2004 Olympic Games where O'Connor lost the Gold medal after an infringement, which the FEI in its 2005 decision, deemed not to be deliberate.
