I'm the same age and run two or three times a week , and I usually take nearer 26 mins to do 5K - so it seems good to me
In old money, that works out at around 8 minute miles (over three miles distance) – I bet that there are a lot of 50 year olds who have not had hip replacements who could not match that for one mile.

But given the stresses running places on the body – I would consider swimming as an alternative exercise. Replacement hips don’t last forever (but I suppose they can be replaced again).
I should add that when i said I am the same age I did mean give or take three years
As Hymie says, if I were in your situation I'd concentrate on swimming or cycling. Low impact exercise ought to be far more beneficial.
