cricket doesn't require a lot of burliness; sharp eyes, good wrists and timing are the main thing, except perhaps in slogging sixes. Sarah Taylor's probably only going to be in the B team anyway, though she may well be able to work her way up as she really is good.
Golf conceivably; though women don't hit as far they can be just as accurate.
Rugby no. But women's rugby as it is is highly entertaining.

There never will be in sports where strength is a factor. Football/rugby etc never. cricket unlikely if they are picked on merit. There are some sports/games where strength is not a factor eg snooker/darts/bowls where no one can explain why women are not as good as the men. Games like cricket/golf are borderline and if a women was good enough they'd get selected. Motor sport has occasionally had women but at the top flight the levels of strength and fitness have usually been prohibitive. Horse racing has had a few lady jockeys but they never get very far. Tennis? the top worlds women would not live with a reasonable male club player. Let's face it women will never match men in most sports. Not sexist, fact!
On jockeys, the big problem is not the strength but the lack of rides; a problem faced by every apprentice, male or female; since it's evident that female riders can cope with the endurance of the Grand National. If a girl was any good and in ,say, Sir Michael Stoute's yard, she'd have a good chance of going on to success at the top level.
Women's football is excellent. In many way I prefer it. As already stated some sports lend themselves better to being mixed than others. And there is a difference between official 'mixed' events and. for example situations where one or too women are admitted as in the case of the cricketer. It is very welcome development
