And he wants to continue in competitive sport. yeah right. He deserves his lifetime ban. So many people believed in him and defended him right to the bitter end only to be made fools of. He deprived other cyclists of their rightful titles. What a creep.

I believed in him until positive evidence was found simply because he was known as the most tested sportsman on the planet and had never returned a positive result.

He deserves everything that comes to him but the only thing that bothers me in all this is that his 'Livestrong' charity will inevitably suffer.

A question that I keep asking myself (and no doubt have a lot of people) is this : If Armstrong managed to get away with being a cheat for so long, what does that say about the drug testing regime and other athletes ? Looking forward to some discussion on this !!
