He's obviously going to be the bench mark for all to surpass, which I doubt ever will be in my lifetime.

There's obviously a media frenzy as to who will follow him, seems a toss-up between Moyes and The Special One. Man U can't go wrong in all honesty and Fergie admires both. A charismatic, passionate manager who is making records of his own elsewhere or a redoubtable Scot with tons of potential at the biggest club in the world, respected and admired by his peers, pundits and players alike?

Can't see Man Utd taking Mourinho nor Mourinho wanting to go there. United want a manager who will stay longer than a few seasons. Mourinho wants a club which isn't winning anything, so he can work his magic, win titles, ideally the European, then leave. Moyes is plainly a man who will stick with a club, but whether he is capable of doing what Mourinho can do is open to doubt
