Adaptor Plugs For Poland
WE're going to Poland at the beginning of November (and yes we are prepared for low temperatures!), and I was just wondering which sort of adaptor plug I should take with. Will one of the ones you can use in France be OK. Our travel company say yes, that's OK, but I just wanted to be sure, as I'm not totally convinced. Would be devastated if I'd taken the wrong one and couldn't fire up the tablet while we're away!

Also i dont think that you will need any innoculations to Poland, they don't have any issues with malaria, typhoid etc or have a problem with rabies AFAIK

You don't need any inoculations for Poland but you can check on health advice for any country in the world here:

Poland uses a 230V mains supply, at 50Hz, which is the same as in the UK. So you don't need any type of transformer; you simply need a plug adapter. Poland uses both of these types of plug:
