I watched this live this afternoon and am amazed at the idiocy of people who take their unleashed dogs to such an event.
It's happened so many times in the TdF it ought to be made a criminal offence when the race is on!

IMO dogs should never roam free in public areas - nor cats. Why should the rest of us have to support these animals' owners' foibles ?
