"Moral victories" don't count mate....

Aussies were indeed unlucky...............but they lost.
How could he have been cheating, the umpire didn't say out !.

draw would have been a fair thing-both teams entertained. thought only 'poms' whinged ???
Is Hadden a cheat too then, whurules, as he didn't walk on that final ball?
let the record show England beat Australia.
Cricket was the winner in this match, great game and just how rivalry should be.
Clarke was generous in defeat and as he says.....there's always the next 4 tests and he will learn how to use DRS properly.
Personally I would ban it completely and let the umpire be the umpire.
Bring on the next test.
Great match indeed. And the better team won - just. If ever there was a case for actually banning technology this must surely be it. Football take note.

You forgot to take off the 92 from Agar after he was stumped on 6, also the ton Trott would have made if hot spot had been available.
Let's please get something straight...Broad did NOT cheat. The days when batsmen 'walked' are buried in the distant past, if they ever existed at all in Test Cricket.

Listen to what Glenn McGrath's been saying during commentary on TMS, all Australians, in any form of cricket are taught to 'wait for the finger'. That is what Australia will do throughout this series and so should England.

This has been a brilliant Test Match all the way through, it's been played in exactly the right spirit by two teams with mutual respect. We've seen the start of what I'm sure will be a great career for a young Aussie, a match-winning ten-for by Jimmy Anderson and it could have gone either way right to the end, despite some doubtful umpiring.

What's not to like?
And they call us wringing pomms!
Whinging
The Aussies will have the moral victory if they also ask the umpire to repeal dodgy decisions in future. Such as the one that did for Trott.

I think the technology and appeals system in cricket (as in tennis) is great. I must admit though I don't understand how 'hot spot' works
Boycott observed that, with the exception of one (whom he named), no Aussie cricketer walks unless the umpire gives him out.
First the rugby, now the cricket.....I'd be moaning as well if I was an Aussie.....
Quite so - they must find it all a complete pain in the billabong :)

Or take off the 90 or so Agar scored after being stumped!
