What Does One Wear To Observe International Football?
Afternoon,
I wonder what should be worn for an international football match by spectators?
I don't really do football, but I am in attendance for a friend and would prefer not to get beaten up, jeered at or make my friends look silly.
How do I get camouflaged for the event?

Maybe you should go and make jewellery with the women of the tribe by the river.

Wear the most comfortable but non-descript clothing you can.
It doesn't generally happen at internationals but there is always one nutter hell bent on a bit of aggro.
As for club football, back in the day I always felt safe enough wearing my shirt at Anfield and Goodison but would never have worn it in Leicester had I known what was in store, it was pretty frightening.
Thankfully there's none of that nonsense at rugby matches.

Do you remember that panorama doc about the super-prison in Mexico where it's run by the inmates. That's what I envisage.
I assume CD's experience was a bit nasty.
I could wear this? http:// www.vis it-mont enegro. com/ima ges/mon tenegro -folk-c ostume. jpg
