My definition of "normal" or the "norm" in this case, is of an incidence of more than 50%.

Are you saying that less than 50% of males are unfaithful to their wives/OH/partners or whatever the modern terms are, at least once in their relationship, because if infidelity affects MORE than 50%, then yes.....this is normal.
