Poor Lady :)

We were shopping in Morrisons and suddenly there was an announcement on the PA system:

"For the lady wearing glasses and the red jacket - the door you are trying to open is for our freezers and not the shop exit."

I refrained from looking to spot the lady nor did I ROFL (but only just).

There but for the grace of God ...........

Quite possibly.

But as I struggled with an over-laden large trolley with as many of our Christmas shopping items as possible, plus all the dog food, etc. it made my day, in a bitch sort of way ;)

It would have been less embarrassing for the lady if a shop floor worker had gently spoken to her, I think that was thoughtless.

That's awful - one of the floor staff could have run across and told her. That's bad public relations.
