I think we should be the judge of whether your workout has given you a good butt or not.
As for the lady in the photo, I'd say they were too hard and defined to b a pleasant to look at female butt. It may be genetic, but I suspect she's been too long at her workout and trimmed off all the necessary soft padding/filler.

Well, you have to work your bum. Your GM is the biggest muscle in your body. It affects your whole body structure and posture, your mobility and flexibility, and ... you need a good butt to look good in jeans. And it's quite hard to isolate your butt without working your hamstrings and your lower back.
