..... well there will be in Burnley.
35 years or so since we've beaten our "lovely" neighbours.

Anyone watch it as a neutral ??

It's about time we had some luck, with last minute equalisers and red cards, etc ..... we rode our luck, but hung on in there.

..... sorry, just wanted to express my elation on here :)

Watched it but far from neutral!! Took 10/1 for the 2-1 from Corals so the result was extra sweet. Any idea who chartered the plane?
Question Author
I missed the beginning, so I didn't see the plane :(
A couple of my friends had bets on a 2-1 Burnley win as well. One got odds of 9-1 and the other got 16-1 .... sweet :)
I can understand the 9/1 but which bookies were giving 16/1 for 2-1?
Nar didn't watch it, but noticed a heck of a lot of police vans in town as I was walking home from work this afternoon.

I think it was betfair Ken.

Oh dear .... just found out from my friend that he accidently bet on the 2nd half score, instead of the full time score - that's how he got 16-1. Burnley won the 2nd half 2-0, so if he'd bet on a score of 2-0, he'd have won.
Or, if Blackburn had equalised, taking the full time score to 2-2, he would have won his bet, as Burnley would have won the 2nd half 2-1.
To say he's pissed off at the mo, is an understatement :(
He shouldn't be that pissed off. Whenever i put money on us to win - which i do every game - the 3 points are always more important.
What's happened??
Question Author
My friend put a bet on and he thought he placed it on the full time score to finish 2-1, which it did, so he thought he'd won.
It turns out, he bet on the 2nd half score (which explains why he got better odds), which came out at 2-0 so he lost.
