Norwich sacked manager Chris Hughton and replaced him with youth coach Neil Adams
If (or rather when hehe) they get relegated will the relegation be marked against Adams and not Houghton -even though Houghton was in charge majority of time ?
Hughton will most likely get the blame imo, a bit stupid to sack him now I think ( with only an hand full of games left to play ) unless Norwich are hoping that the new manager syndrome kicks in and saves them from the drop.
I don't think there is an 'official stance' on this. It's up to each manager what he puts on his CV and it's up to recruiting clubs to assess their past record
