I have been known to on days off or weekends, but not commonly.
However my nightly sleeping habits are becoming more and more erratic; I have little issue with dropping off, but something tends to wake me too early these days.
I think the human race evolved to sleep more than one period per 24 hours, and maybe I can't over-ride that as easily as I used to in order to fit in with social convention.
If you feel a "power nap" for an hour is useful mid afternoon, set an alarm and go for it. Siesta Power !
