When Hyphen Meets Hyphen

I was musing today about the current fashion for people in relationships to hyphenate their surnames. What happens when/if they have children? It might be a bit unwieldy for the class register:
Leone Sextus Denys Oswolf Fraudatifilius Tollemache-Tollemache de Orellana Plantagenet Tollemache-Tollemache (/ˈtuːlmeɪk ˈtɒlmæk/ tool-mayk-tol-mak; 10 June 1884 – 20 February 1917) was a captain in the British Army who died during the First World War.[1] He has been stated to have had the longest English surname on record,[2] or the English surname with the most multiple barrels.[3] (Wikipedia)
