His match against Seppi and he goes down, claiming a Trapezium injury and, lo, treatment finished, he then destroys the opposition, break back and 6-1.....come on MacMurray, you are better than that.
Perfectly legal and as observed previously Seppi also did it
When Seppi came back Murray did not win another game for over 30 mins and when Murray recovered Seppi did not win another game at all
I'll have some of that :-)
Mr Seppi tried it on, interrupted the thrashing he was getting and, for a few minutes he got the upper hand.
Mr Murray decided to play his opponent at his own game and promptly showed the Seppi one how life really is by administering what the Italians call 'a right good kicking'
He likely did have something wrong with him as he isn't renowned for gamesmanship but just going along with the spirit of the OP I didn't take it too seriously when I posted back there.
Murray doesn't often call for the trainer. I think he had a genuine problem with his shoulder, which he might have put up with if Seppi hadn't pulled that trick to halt his momentum. I think he then thought "what the heck? I'll get the trainer out, too."
Not cheating. Just getting his own back on Seppi, and getting help with his shoulder.
