England need a Southern Hemisphere coach. Michael Cheika is the man most likely to be persuaded perhaps. Hands off Joe Schmidt, and it can't see Gatland or Meyer doing it
There are plenty of others of course
They also need to stop the ridiculous business of refusing to pick players from outside England and think twice before poaching short time bandwagon jumpers from League like that bloke whose name I have already forgotten :-)
