Meanwhile, and I haven't checked this stuff out in detail, but the impression I get is that generally speaking, Russian "fans" have been the aggressors and the English fans largely victims. So how does it help matters for the authorities to threaten the victims their team will be barred if they don't stop being victims ? Is this related to old reputations re English football hooligans, and another country's idiots wanting to prove how aggressive they are ? Or is it all more complex than that ?

OG have you got some kind of predictive gismo or something? We cannot have editing for obvious reasons. It's not perfect by any means but I do check what I wrote before I hit submit.

I do check things usually although there is no guarantee anything is spotted until the submit button is finally clicked.

There are no obvious reasons for not having an editing facility. I doubt there are any non-obvious ones either.
