Don't often watch the Tennis anymore but just watched the match between Marcus Willis and Roger Federer.Although Federer was too good for him Willis had a real go and was obviously enjoying it.What a pleasant change from the scowling growling Scot with no personality.

true but the scowling scot at least has a chance....having said that, Djokovic looked good
It was a very good game - not a complete walkover for Federer and Willis has come such a long way.

True DTC Murray does have a chance but why he has to scowl, growl and keep fist pumping to motivate himself is beyond me.
never mind the grunting - it's now wonder he had to buy his own hotel for Kim and his first wedding night......
good grief! The best BRITISH tennis player since Fred Perry - and possibly ever - gets comments like that. No wonder some Scots want independence. Don't hold out much hope for British (English) tennis if team Murray left.
there's a couple coming up, goofy, not least Konta, Watson and Robson back on the women's front...
True - thank you Australia (Robson and JoKo) - but I was thinking Davis Cup
well, as they say, nous allons voir, and it comes down to the Murray bros delivering on singles and doubles - the next one though does involve a certain Serb, I gather....
But I forgot to agree re Willis. Great fun. Had he applied himself earlier who knows how high he could be (ditto Evo).
Not sure either Novako or Andy playing are we?
Depends whether you want a ""scowling" winner or a happy clappy loser :-)
both of them....
You do dtc, but not so sure about grumpy :-)

I did not wish to belittle Murrays' talent as a tennis player, his record is there for all to see.I just cannot understand why he has this demeanour on court and why he has to shake his fist at all his "team" in the players box and they shake their fists back at him.
enjoyed the match yesterday, BUT without the three Scottish players who played in the Davis cup Britain would never have won, rock on Andy and co.,
