on Joel Dommett at 10/1 he came 2nd what should return should i receive from the bet

not a problem, just arithmetic, if they are paying a quarter for a place then it's 10/4 = 5/2 = £175 including the stake, if it's a fifth for a place then it's 10/5 = 2/1 =£150 including stake.

They marked it up as a losing bet until i telephoned them 4 times then they paid me £150 in total thought it should have been £175 so will not be using them again

They were only giving one-fifths of the odds then. As pointed out on your duplicate thread this can happen with a 'short' field. It's not exactly the Grand National.
