who's your money on for today's final, i want Mugarutha to win but its a tall order.

true, Djokovic out, Murray out, its a pity as this could have been a good men's tournament..

bit of anti climax, first set was good but the second was a walk over....

People are fitter nowadays! Loads of money put into sports science.

the modern game is tough that's for sure, not sure what you mean about younger players. The likes of Federer can be choosy surely about the tournaments they play in, after all he took 6 months out because of fitness problems - now he is in the final of Wimbledon.

I just wonder what is wrong with younger players when, in the past, players of the age of Federer and Williams would have virtually no chance of doing so well. What kind of reflection does it put on the modern game?

shows you that older players have always played on and often won.. doesn't mean that the younger ones aren;t good, but they need experience as much as anything.

Venus did very well to get to the final. Maybe she just ran out of steam but with her illnesses maybe time to call it a day. The final was disappointing, I expected a closer match.
