Chris Froome, "a Disaster For Cycling"?
I've never liked the look of this guy and some of us couldn't understand how he could be putting out so much power on the few occasions when he wasn't being towed, it looks like the answer is another Sky saga ready to emerge.

//yes, he had double the permitted dose on ONE day only,//
erm - no he had twice the permitted blood level .... quite different - as in your own job chilldo - bio-availability is central to how droogz work.
//and once only// - let me guess - the only tested him that week once?
You should be doing legal work with ability to split and confuse like that! [ that is a chrissy compliment by the way]
and the permitted dose is quite high
isnt it 16 puffs in 24 hrs ? two every 3 hrs ? blimey i dont think I have done that ever !

Hmm, not quite. He had taken salbutamol, nothing to do with his blood(maybe you’re confused over the EPO issues?)
ZM, slight confusion for you too I feel. His TUE was historical, nothing to do with the current salbutamol issue which he’s allowed without a TUE(as are all cyclists) because salbutamol is not a PED(Performance Enhancing Drug), which is widely accepted.
Granted, he has shown ONE result where there was a spike but as I’ve said previously there is medical evidence to suggest that dehydra might mean that the salbutamol may not have metabolised at its normal rate and has remained residual lay in his system.
To be clear, he has NOT tested positive for ANY form of PED or costicosteroid, he’s had an abnormal ‘spike’ of an everyday medicine that does not enhance physical performance/effort.

But detection means have moved on since way back when, Khandro.
There was no test for EPO then and if Froome has found the modern equivalent, they’d all be on it, wouldn’t they?
As I say, he’s never tested positive for anything and this isn’t even a PED.
Lance DID test positive but the UCI covered it up after he made a ‘donation’. Wouldn’t be even vaguely possible to carry out such clandestine offerings in the current climate.
