Thursday. The sky is clear, just the odd scrap of cloud drifting lazily by, and there is no air movement. Going to be a hot one again. I wish it was like this all year round!

Nothing on the oracle for today, I'm sure something will occur. Tomorrow is the Summer Walk at the hospice.I'll be there in my capacity of first marshal, that's the main road crossing.

Morning tl. Not really, it's about the usual time, I'm sometimes a wee bit later. I've been for a wee walk alng the lane.

Am good. Diet going well, off the beer still, and my new nebuliser means I can breathe a bit better. All good.

I must confess, I am not a morning person. And once I am in my bed, I love my sleep.

i thought that it was just on 6am as one of my clocks says that time, i get out of bed reach for the kettle
and realise that its only 5, so will have my coffee and retire in a little while.
