From my previous answer: "...women can't play in a men's football team". Hopefully this is enough to answer your question: "no". Trans-men (and possibly also non-binary people) can, if they pass certain tests.
For FIFA men's competitions, only men are eligible to play. For FIFA women's competitions, only women are eligible to play. //
which is fine, but the document rather unhelpfully doesn't define the terms "men" or "women". also not sure sections 16 and 17 would be legally enforceable in those countries where gender is defined by self-identification.
suppose if that professional soccer girl or woman wants to play in team of men for the equal pay and publicity, can't she join them??
she is so skillful and professional, what do they want more than that?
You asked this earlier (at around 12:15) referring to Messi etc and the question disappeared just after I'd answered it, presumably as it duplicated your transgender player post
No... head smacks against a brick wall sometimes. It really wouldn't surprise though me that FIFA had been involved with Volleyball, even though what that has to do with the price of fish is beyond me.
