Good player he may be but talk about toxic. Surely this will reflect badly on the club as a whole.

Awful decision.

I'm just glad there was no club in proper rugby who gave him an opportunity.
He’s a pariah, how he’s even considered for employment is beyond me, totally shunned by the rest of the world of rugby players.
Still, I guess after what he said about the current fires in Australia he’s hardly welcome there either, the pathetic idiot.

Keegan Hirst,the first out gay Rugby League player,says he is shocked and disappointed that Catalans dragons have parked their values for a few extra tries a season.
I think that is a sentiment we all share.
Wigan Rugby Club have now announced that their match against Catalan Dragons on 22nd March will be a Gay Pride Day where all the players will wear rainbow socks and rainbow laces in their boots and have invited both local and national LGBTQ+ groups to attend. Never thought I'd say it but well done Wigan.

cheers chill, as I thought, "God's punishment"! the Guy's a fruit cake.
They'll be getting a fantastic player who happens to think what the majority thought until quite recently.
Actually on balance I think that it has worked out well: he’s going to attract the sort of magnificent gesture Wigan are making.
And someone was bound to sign him up.
