Easyer said than done off course, david, infact its very difficult to identify them beforehand with any real evidence that will stand up to challenge, difficult to find where there from and they may of been born in there country now and allmost impossable to get a country to agree to take them. Often tho there dead by the time we're certain there fundamentalists so its too late anyway.

That is not exactly true. Generally the authorities do know these people beforehand but are reluctant to act because it exposes their sources which could lead to them operating underground.
We could stand up them more, but yellow bellied politicians wont.

Your right on that youngmabfog altho my point was more about the difficulty's of trying to throw someone out of the country (to a country who might not want them anyhow) without very strong evidence as the lawyers would have a field day and appeals could hold things up for years. Your right that often those caught are allready known to police. A wish there was an easy answer.
