What bad luck for George Russell. The Mercedes team messed it up for both him and Bottas.
His big chance and they ruined it!

Clowns to the left of him!
Jokers to the right!

Steal his Wheel.
They put the wrong tyres on after a mix up as they boxed both drivers at the same time .. then Russel got a puncture straight away.
He went from a simple drive to the chequered flag to nowhere, through a pit team mistake.
Anything about F1 shouldn't be in the 'Sport' section
Mercedes brought their cars in under a safety car. It was for "safety" though not entirely necessary. They double stacked. They fitteed the wrong tyres on Russel's car and in teh confusion could not find the correct tyres for Bottas's car (details are confusing, but it seems he may have been fitted with Bottas's old tyres). Bottas's stop took 27 seconds. Russel had to pit again to fit the correct tyres and went out 5th behind Bottas, 4th. Russell managed to get back to second and was chasing down Russell when he gained a puncture and had to pit again putting him out of contention.
^^^sorry, Bottas may have been fitted with Russel's old tyres.
^^^ and Russell was chasing down Perez when he had to pit again (sorry, it's been a long day).
What section should F1 be in then .. it is motorsport !
My guess is brainiac is being facetious.
What we did see was how superior the Merc was...shame about the buffoons.
Well I don't know why I came here tonight.
I've got the feeling that something ain't right.
I'm so scared in case my tyre runs out of air.
Hope Russel gets another blast in the Merc in Abu Dhabi.
He won't if Hamilton tests negative.
I can’t imagine a more boring sport.
Drill juggling?
//I can’t imagine a more boring sport.//

I can think of many. One in particular that springs to mind is basketball. I've not watched many matches but every one I have has ended up 104-102 (or similar). It's simply end to end nonsense, with players of 7ft 6ins and over (smaller players need not apply) chucking a ball through a hoop (usually from above due to their excessive height).
I agree with you NJ. And isn’t basketball the US national sport? Or if not, so we’ll supported.
I find cricket to be extremely dull.
Millions love F1 so fair enough but I prefer a sport where you can see the participants. It’s why I’m not keen on swimming ..
Do they still devour hours of coverage to the practice rounds?
