Not to be. Got a feeling i'll be saying that a lot this afternoon.
Given that all 6 races at Ascot are handicaps, i should be in my element but the fact is, the value of what few stats there are has been diminished because of the random nature of riders being allocated their mounts. So, where possible, i've chosen horses who have had previous Ascot experience and don't mind a bit of cut in the ground.
1.25; Call My Bluff @ 6/1 - 4 places
2.00; Group One Power @ 9/2 - 4 places
2.35; Dance Fever @ 5/1 - 4 places
3.10; State Of Bliss @ 6/1 - 4 places
4 x £2 wins, 20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £17, 4 winners = £1,939.
ITV 7; The four above, plus Value Theory, royal Scimitar and Foxes Tails. £1 e.w. acca.

I dislike it too Ken. Contrived circumstances, and a waste of time for a fun punter. Done the ITV7 regardless but my punt is mostly elsewhere. Been some rain here and if Haydock had the same they will need to be good swimmers I should think. Good luck if you have a go.

Have done both Value Theory and Eloquent Arthur in another L15, Togo, along with Royal Scimitar and Lexington Dash.
There were 4 races at Haydock i would have been interested in but for the n/rs. Only takes a couple of jockeys to spit at Haydock and the going changes, the drainage system there is that useless.
