walking football, its great fun and keeps me fit, i'm coming up to 75 and recently took part in a national tournament, its given me a new lease of life, i would recommend anyone to try it.

And no I dont to answer the OP. I do a lot of building work with my SIL to help out though. filling a skip is a pretty good workout as is running up and down a scaffold.
Going up the stairs like a monkey on all fours is my essential sport!! Can't do much on two legs any more, Never been a sporty person, but very keen on dance. Would give anything to be able to dance again
