I Need Help Creating A Workout Schedule
I am in need of getting back into shape for this up coming rugby season and would like to know how I should structure my workouts. I know I have time to workout 5 to 6 days a week. Because of work and such the only day that I can't workout at all is Fridays and when rugby season starts I do not want to be working out on Saturdays at the gym as I will already be running around outside for rugby. I have time to workout for 2hrs each of those other days what should I do Sunday - Thursday and Saturday? Once rugby season starts I do not want to be doing cardio workouts on Monday and Wednesday. Rugby season is April to October where I live.
