Don't bother much with a Sunday punt but am confined to barracks today and need a distraction. Done my bleedin knee in again(anterior tendon). I did it some years ago orginally and have been taking care, ever since, not to over stress it. In agony with it at times and got the knee brace on for a few days. Done the ITV7 with E/W 6, 5 and 4 timers. Good Luck

River Tyne let me down for both the £1 e.w. accas and the ITV7 e.w. acca - just over a ton.

I did mage to put a £1.50 rev f/c on the 1-2 in the 3.30, though, which has returned just shy of £50.
