Ice Hockey - PSP

Why isnt there an Ice Hockey game available in Europe for the PSP.
EA have done PSP versions of all of the major franchises i.e. FIFA, NFL, NBA, PGA Boxing etc. Why havent they done NHL as this is probably one of the better franchsises.
There is a Wayne Gretzky game available but only in the states.
Does anyone know if there are plans for EA to do an NHL game for the PSP or if the Gretzky game is due for a EU release?
