R4P4: Recently ended WWII police series

Have you got a clue for Row 2 picture 1 please?

Smouse has given you the programme for R4P4, and R4P2 is one of Catherine Tate's characters (not sure which one yet as I'm not a fan)

Magyar, you will find this programme currently on CBeebies, it is based on a small island. Can't manage a better clue, ask if you want answer.
