Can anyone tell me who was the first wicketkeeper to take 100 catches in one-day international cricket. Thanks

that site says the number of dismissals as a wicket keeper does.The question relates to catches not run outs only catches.A wicket keeper can whip the bails off ,classed as a dismissal.A fielder can also dismiss by hitiing the stumps by accurate throw.
Am i looking into the question a bit too deeply,but in this quiz they question setters are a bit picky about certain things.

I think it's Rod Marsh anyway. He packed up playing in 1984, the next man to 100 catches is Jeff Dujon, who didn't start playing until 1981. Seems unlikely he'd have taken more than 100 in just three years.
Also, Dr Pop's link uses the word 'glove' which, in many cases, is taken to mean 'catch' anyway

Thanks everyone for your help. I must admit to not knowing a great deal about cricket apart from the basics and had never heard the expression about the "glove" before. It's good to know you are still there uncle... somebody has got to keep me right !!! It's getting tense now with this quiz ,down to the nitty gritty
