I have a large document and want to replace words and titles automatically eg: "DM AO office" should now read "ATDM office". I know you can set up auto correct that will correct DM AO to ATBM when I type it in , But I don't want to go through pages and pages re-typing the phrases , What I want is for the pc programme to do it for me any ideas folks Dave

Use find and replace (binoculor's icon on the tool bar or if not it's under the edit menu)
