They were cuffed 7-0 by Celtic last week -they are now beating them 1-0 in the quarter finals of the Scottish cup -with 10 mins to go.

I can barely watch it.

woot woo -St.Mirren have just cuffed Celtic (I actually support Celtic but not against the underdogs)

Im really just a football supporter but cannae stand the Gers apart from if they are in Europe -phew !!!!

Good win for them, especially after last week, don't support either of them, but do like the underdog to win, and have a soft spot for Gus

Gus is ace -was an excellent result -great match and Celtic were outplayed-loving it !!!

Drisgirl: Sorry to disagree - I think you must have been watching a totally different game to me.
Celtic were far from outplayed, and that's taking nothing away from a great result for the Buddies.
In fact, the stats from the match showed how Celtic had some two thirds of the play, therefore your claim holds about as much water as a leaky bucket.
The facts are that Saints took their one real chance (from the penalty spot) but Celtic squandered several and were a mere shadow of the team which annihilated the Buddies only last week.
I'm not trying to spoil your obvious pleasure but at least tell it how it REALLY happened!

Have to say that either Celtic were mince or St.Mirren upped their anti as I didnt see a tremendous difference in the state of play.

Anyway -great game and a fab result for Scottish football -despite the specs I may have been looking through lol
