Can anyone tell me-why or how those gangster tipsters get away with conning people and no one appears interested. There are dozens of them-sending mail shots day and daily. Is no law abiding department able to stop this. Police Trading standards who cn help please

If so, you don't have to subscribe. Their knowledge will be no better than anyone else's.
Just think about it: if you had a tip straight from the horse's mouth, would you really want to share it with anyone else? O course you wouldn't.
I'm afraid that these "tipsters" prey on the gullible and unaware. It's no different to the envelope coming through the door telling you that you've won a fortune. It's all a con!

Parafin-???? I dont understand your answer-perhaps you misunderstood-those are people to whom other people pay money to join a service, where information is given on selected races each day-not tipsters in th Racing Post or such like. My question was to anyone knowledgable in Trading Standards etc. Luckily some one did answer. Thank you anyway
