Well, you've got some work to do, but here's a link the the best Premiership website I've gome across. I've selected Arsenal, the first club alphabetically, and clicked on 'Goal details' from the menu on the left of the page. Scroll down, and you'll see a chart called Goals by Method. The two right-hand columns are penalties, for and against. You'll need to repeat the procedure for every club to get the total. Is this the kind of thing you're looking for?
