DVD Recording of Ashes to Ashes

We recorded Ashes to Ashes on Friday on both a DVD recorder and on an HDD recorder. We watched the HDD recorded one last night but have just realised the DVD recorded one has come out with no sound! This has never happened to any other recordings we have done. In fact we recorded the film Oklahoma yesterday on the DVD and it's perfect. Have the BBC done something with the transmission so you can't record to DVD? Is that possible? Seems strange that the HDD one recorded perfectly.

I wouldn't have thought so but who knows?

Just make a DVD copy from the hard drive.
