The problem with Heskey is well documented - he's a striker who doesn't score......okay he did set up Gerrard's goal but he also missed an easy chance when clean through on the keeper........In Heskeys place I would play Barry (if fit) as holding midfielder with Rooney as the lone striker, and Crouch as a second striker if Barry is not fit#
