The white stuff loses its appeal when it compacts and becomes bumpy underfoot. Slush is also not fun.

I giggle when the weather peeps say "it will be heavy going during the rush hour"....in this weather what RUSH hour? :D

Good morning DrF, jan, wbm, Ap and alba. I do believe wbm has not opened his eyes yet DrF!! Bernie the bolt has bolted today wbm - mine host is DrF. Either that or i need to reduce my meds ;o) Hope you are all wel and beating the weather. No snow yet for me though we are on a flash alert - a bit like my kitchen floor then.

Dear DrF - the spray must be in his eyes still. Toast - my staple diet - with lashings of marmite - cannot beat it. Mind you - toast, marmite and cognac - I am probably the only ABer on that diet today, but sleep cannot be that far away lol

hills are ok for going down but I hate trying to slide up them. Gravity has a lot to answer for.
