Help. Spreadsheet Problem

Hello,

I am trying to insert a row in my Excel Spreadsheet.  When I try this it says:

'To prevent possible loss of data, Microsoft Excel cannot shift non blank cells off the worksheet'.

I have inserted rows in this spreadsheet in the past without any problems.

I would be greatful for any suggestions given
