bluetooth adapter for a phone handset...?

the bluetooth on my blackberry wont enable and apparently cannot be fixed, so i wondered if you could get adapters for it - like you can get bluetooth usb adapters for a laptop - can you get tiny little adapters that you plug into your phone handset?
