Does anyone know what this is please? I keep getting a message saying "The following plug-in has crashed - Shockwave Flash". I have been unable to access my emails because of it. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Close the browser and open it again, flash should wake up again when the browser is restarted. What browser are you using?

Flash is an adobe multimedia product used mostly for displaying rich elements on a webpage: embedding film clips & music etc.

Also what help is the wikipedia article on flash?

If closing the browser and trying again doesn't work then remove flash using this program

And then reinstall flash by going here
