internet explorer not running at start up windows 7

hi i managed to download some trojans bullguard managed to get rid then when i rebooted i have to run ie manually and all my programs on my desktop,but the strangest thing is this problem only appears on my administrator account the problem hasn't affected the guest account all the programs here load up as normal at start up how can i do the same for the administrator account

I assume you mean windows explorer, and not Internet explorer?
