SCREEN PRINT

I am trying to attach a screen print to an e mail. I click on screen print, open a word document and then right click to paste. Problem is that my print is greyed out - how can paste please.

Paste it into paint rather than word. (though word should really work)

Deosn't do that for me. But it may be a version issue.

Are you sure your Word settings aren't set to grey pictures out in whatever view you are using ? Does it print ok ?

Or I suppose it could be a resource problem if it hasn't enough to show the picture detail.

i paste directly into the email - no probs

mcfluff obviously that is the easiest thing to do and I will do it your way. my problem remains that paste is greyed out and I have no idea how change this, so if anyone can help with that i would be very grateful
