My email notification box keeps turning orange - when I click onto Yahoo mail inbox there is a pale lemon strip running across the top saying something to the effect that 'this browser wants to install Y! Plus IE addon from Yahoo inc.' Please could someone tell me what is, what does it do and do I need it? thanks

I think it may be BrowserPlus - have a look at the FAQ page http://browserplus.yahoo.com/support/

Whether you need it or not is up to you, but after looking at their "Demos" page, I didn't see anything that I'd consider a must have

thank you Huderon - I'll check out your link. I often think a lot of these add ons just complicate things. Keep it simple is my motto - stay well
