Opening attachment

I have been sent an attachment that is opening in paint. Despite them sending several pages, there is only one that is showing and nothing to scroll down.

I'm not very good with computers unless its in straight forward word!

I really need to open this tonight - any help gratefully received, thanks.

What's the file extension on the attachment you've been sent?
