search settings??

when i start up pc i get this message

"search settings has detected a change to your browser search settings"

can i do anything about this please running windows 7 (32) thx
can i delete it?

You MAY have some malware or spyware on your PC.

Spyware and Malware often try to change your search settings so the searches go to the pages THEY want to you go to.
